I merely cleaned up what was there, added what I always wanted, and
added what random people on the NASM SF lists suggested over time.

Well, I did file bug reports and feature requests at the NASM SF site
for everything that I have fixed or added. However, said material will
require effort, if someone wanted to port it back into the NASM code.

I think that I'm at a point where my preprocessor is relatively stable
and further development will happen at a rather slow pace. In general
I point people to Perl, M4, ML/1, etc. if they want more nasty things.
