Hello Robert,

I followed carefully the sections you mentioned below.
They don't have anything (well, partly) to do with the problem Stefan has
faced with. I think that especially in his case, org 0 could be really
helpful.
I don't see any reason to prohibit such a usage of the directive.
It just means "don't add any value to relative offsets".
His problem makes sense and proves the requirement to support such thing.
I would like to hear you reasons which contradict this.

It's not a bug. Please read sections 6.1.1 and 10.1.3 from
doc\nasmdoc.txt carefully!
