x86-64 tutorial

Hi All,
I am in the process of writing an x86-64 tutorial for Linux (as of now).
It is a modest tutorial, and assumes knowledge of x86 assembly programming.

Please have a look, and comment.
I use YASM in the tutorial, and refer to it as well. I hope that is
not an issue with the Yasm developer group.
