Something in your Pyrex installation is broken, probably.  To work around 
it for yasm, just turn off the yasm Python bindings (which are a work in 
progress anyway) by running "./autogen.sh --enable-python=no".

Generally when configure.ac changes occur it's necessary to re-run 
autogen.sh.
