Thanks.  I should have asked this first, but I suspect you're using 0.4.0? 
Please switch to using the latest snapshot instead of 0.4.0, as the latest 
snapshot does not generate the warnings you're seeing on the code you 
sent.  Also, the latest snapshot has a large number of other fixes, 
particularly for 64-bit mode.  I should probably make it more clear on the 
website that people should really be using the latest snapshot rather than 
0.4.0.

However, the latest snapshot does still have the section flags 
redeclaration warning; I'll get that fixed in the next day or two.
